Hi, I’m Emmylou. I opened Fluff & Buff in 2023 after a few years of grooming since 2020. From a young age, I always had a profound love for animals and dreamed of being a veterinarian. However, my heart guided me in a different direction.
Working with rescues has become one of my greatest passions, as it allows me to be a steppingstone in a dog’s new shot at life. The joy of transforming my furry clients and building relationships with their families has been nothing short of amazing. I never imagined that my salon would evolve into the spa we have today.
Surrounding myself with a team of driven and passionate professionals has made this journey incredibly rewarding. I’m excited to continue this journey with the best clients a girl could ask for and a team I could never replace!
Hey y’all! My name is Kylee, and I've been a groomer since 2022. Starting out as a bather, I was introduced to grooming and ran with it! With a childhood passion for painting and creating art, grooming became a natural way for me to express my creativity and eye for beauty.
In my free time, I love spending moments with friends and family, along with my mini best friend, Sophia—my daughter. You can often catch us at the softball field or strolling through TJ Maxx! Life is never dull with my furry friends and busy mom life; I'm always on the go!

For the safety of all pets in our care, it is mandatory that your pet is up to date on their vaccinations, unless your veterinarian advises otherwise. Prior to any boarding or grooming appointment, shot records must be presented either as a hard copy or photo. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for all our furry friends. Please be advised that even a vaccinated pet can be exposed to illnesses when visiting a grooming, boarding or veterinary facility.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. We do not offer muzzling services for aggressive pets. If your pet is deemed aggressive during grooming, You will be contacted for immediate pick up. You will only be charged for the services provided. Any canceled appointments must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. A non-refundable fee of $25 will be collected to reschedule any appointments that are no-showed or canceled outside of the 24 hour window. This $25 fee will however be deducted from your rescheduled appointment balance.
At Fluff & Buff Grooming Studio, we will review all boarding or grooming contracts with you during your scheduled visit at our facility on the day of your appointment. If you have questions regarding any contracts please call our office at 256-553-3495.
Attention Pet Parents:
We have groomers on staff at Fluff & Buff Grooming Studio that have been Pet Tech certified in CPR and first aid. These certifications are essential to ensuring the highest level of safety and care for your beloved pets. Please note that they will expire in March of 2026. If you have any questions regarding these certifications or our grooming services, don’t hesitate to call our office. Your pet's safety and well-being are our top priority while they are in our care.
